Terms

These terms cover the website spacelux.pro and engagements with Planeroom Studio Ltd, company no. 516048279, 8 HaHashmal Street, Tel Aviv–Yafo 6578103. The desk is on 03-687-2419 and desk@spacelux.pro. Rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, that cannot be waived still apply.

What the studio is, and is not

The studio prepares interior schemes and drawings for makers: plans, elevations, a material board, joinery and finish drawings, and, if you take the stage, visits while a maker is on site. It does not provide services that the Engineers and Architects Law, 5718-1958, reserves to a registered architect or engineer. It does not sign a building permit as architect of record. Structural design, structural checking, and responsibility for a permit are by an engineer or architect you appoint separately. If a wall, beam, opening, or stair needs that work, we say so and we stop at the edge of our sheet.

We are not the contractor. The person who builds is hired by you. Their invoice is theirs. We do not mark it up.

Stages

An engagement is agreed one stage at a time. The stages and the current figures are on Fees: visit and measure, brief, scheme, drawings for makers, and optional site visits. Paying for a visit does not oblige either side to continue. A later stage starts when both sides confirm it in writing. Email or WhatsApp is enough. The drawings for a stage are issued after that stage is invoiced.

You may stop before a stage starts, at no fee for the stage that has not started. After the drawings for a stage have been issued, the fee for that stage stands. If we cannot continue a stage for a reason on our side before issue, the fee for the unissued stage is not due.

Fees and VAT

Published fees are in shekels and include VAT at 18%. The tax invoice shows the net and the VAT separately. The figures on the fees page are the gross amounts, so the number you see is the number you pay. If the VAT rate changes, the gross changes with it, and we say so before the affected stage starts. A visit inside Tel Aviv–Yafo is inside the measure fee. Outside the city, any change is written down before anyone comes. Work larger than the published limits — an apartment over about 80 m², or more than one commercial room — is quoted before that stage, not discovered on the invoice.

The visit fee is credited against the scheme if the scheme is confirmed within 60 days. Payment is by bank transfer against a tax invoice. Account details travel with the invoice and are not published on this site.

The website and the note

Building a note on Start does not reserve a visit and does not create a client record. The visit exists when the desk confirms it. The website does not store the form. If you send the note, you send it yourself, on WhatsApp or by email or by reading it out. Prices on the site can be updated; the price confirmed for a stage is the price of that stage.

Drawings

Drawings remain the studio’s. When the fee for a stage is paid, you receive a licence to use those drawings to make that one room, once. They are not a template to resell, and they are not a permit set. Samples and product names are current when specified; a maker’s substitution is your decision with the maker, unless the stage says we must approve it.

Hours

The studio is open Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00, and Friday, 09:00–13:00, Asia/Jerusalem. Saturday is closed. The line at the top of the site reports that clock. A message sent outside those hours is read on the next open day.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from an engagement, without limiting a mandatory right you have to bring a consumer claim in another forum Israeli law allows.
