Planeroom Studio Ltd (פליינרום סטודיו בע״מ, company no. 516048279) draws interior schemes for apartments and single commercial rooms. The studio is at 8 HaHashmal Street, Tel Aviv–Yafo 6578103. Privacy post: desk@spacelux.pro. Phone: 03-687-2419. This notice says what the website stores, what a note contains, and when a person becomes a client record.

The law we work under

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981), including Amendment No. 13, which has been in force since 14 August 2025. Amendment 13 widened duties of notice, security, and — where the statutory thresholds are met — registration and the appointment of a privacy protection officer, and it strengthened the Privacy Protection Authority’s enforcement tools. We do not sell lists. We do not run advertising tags. If a right under the law cannot be narrowed by a sentence on a website, that right stands.

For the data this studio actually holds, Planeroom Studio Ltd is the party responsible (the database owner, בעל מאגר המידע, where that term applies). A studio of this size publishes this notice, limits who at the desk can read a correspondence, and does not treat the public website as a database of visitors.

What this website stores

Reading the pages does not require an account. If you accept the notice, or dismiss it, the site writes one cookie, planeroom_consent, so the banner does not return for six months. The value is either accepted or dismissed. It does not contain your name, your phone, or your neighbourhood. The start form does not write a second cookie. Fonts are files on this site, not a call to a font service. Details are in the cookie policy.

What a note contains, and when we have it

On Start, the page can collect your name, phone, an optional email, a neighbourhood, the kind of room, an optional day, and whatever you typed. That text is assembled in your browser. It reaches us only when you send it on WhatsApp, read it over the phone, or email it. Until then, closing the tab drops it. We do not keep a client, and we do not open a file, until someone at the studio replies and the correspondence continues.

After a reply, the thread — WhatsApp, email, or a note of the phone call — may be kept as the record of the enquiry and, if you go on, of the engagement and the invoices. Photographs of a room, when you choose to send them, are used to understand the brief. They are not published. The rooms on this site are the studio’s own project writing and do not name a client.

Why a record is kept, once it exists

  • To answer you, and to carry out a stage you and the studio have both confirmed.
  • To know the room, the hour of the measure, and what was excluded — structure, a permit, a maker’s contract.
  • To meet tax and bookkeeping duties on a tax invoice.
  • Because you sent the message. The website does not take it from you in the background.

WhatsApp

If you send the note on WhatsApp, the message also goes through WhatsApp’s own service. That processing is theirs, under their terms, from the moment you press send. The number the note is addressed to is the studio line, 03-687-2419. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call or write to desk@spacelux.pro. The fees are the same. Preparing the note does not itself open an account with us.

Who sees a record

The people who work the desk at HaHashmal. We do not pass enquiry correspondence to a marketing network. A bank sees a transfer you choose to make; we do not store a card number on this website, because the website takes no payment. We will disclose a record if Israeli law, a court, or the Privacy Protection Authority requires it.

How long

An enquiry that never becomes a reply from us is not held here at all. Correspondence that does continue is kept while the engagement may still need it, and invoices with the identity attached to them are kept for the period Israeli tax rules require, generally seven years. The consent cookie follows the period in the cookie policy: six months.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, and ask for deletion where the law allows. An invoice we are required to keep is a usual reason to refuse deletion of that document. Write to desk@spacelux.pro. We may need to confirm the phone number on the thread before we discuss it. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

Security

The desk phone and the messages are limited to the people who run the studio. The website does not keep a database of the form. No method of sending a phone number is perfect. If you believe a message reached the wrong person, call 03-687-2419 and we will treat that note as compromised and confirm by voice before we rely on it.
