03 — Fees
Every figure on this page is what you pay. VAT at 18% is already inside it. The tax invoice splits the net and the VAT. A stage starts only when both sides confirm it in writing — email or WhatsApp is enough — and it is invoiced before the drawings for that stage are issued.
Planeroom Studio Ltd prepares interior schemes and drawings for makers. It does not offer services reserved to a registered architect or engineer under the Engineers and Architects Law, 5718-1958. If a wall, a beam, an opening, or a stair needs calculation, that work is by an engineer the client appoints. We will say so before a drawing starts to look like permission.
Stage 01
₪2,360
Includes VAT. ₪2,000 plus VAT ₪360.
One apartment, or one commercial room, inside Tel Aviv–Yafo. Two hours on site, a measured sketch, and a short written note of what the light is doing at that hour. Outside the city, the desk says so before the visit is booked; the fee may change, and it changes in writing.
If the scheme is confirmed within 60 days, this amount is credited against it. Paying for the visit does not oblige either side to continue.
Stage 02
₪3,540
Includes VAT. ₪3,000 plus VAT ₪540.
One meeting at 8 HaHashmal Street or by video. We write who uses the room, what stays, what is still the developer’s and will come out, and a budget band for making. The brief is a document, not a folder of references. It is yours to correct before the scheme starts.
Stage 03
₪16,520
Apartment up to 80 m², VAT included. ₪14,000 plus VAT ₪2,520. A single commercial room up to 40 m² is ₪18,880 (₪16,000 plus VAT ₪2,880).
Plans, a short set of elevations, and one material board. About three weeks from a settled brief for an apartment within the area above. You may stop when the scheme is issued. Many people do: they take the drawing to a maker and do not need us again.
Larger than 80 m², or a second room added after the visit, is quoted in writing before this stage starts. We do not stretch the published fee in silence.
Stage 04
₪14,160
Apartment, VAT included. ₪12,000 plus VAT ₪2,160. A commercial room is ₪15,340 (₪13,000 plus VAT ₪2,340).
Joinery, finishes, and setting-out for the person who will build. Not structural drawings. Not a building-permit set. Not an electrical engineer’s scheme. If the scope would require any of those, we stop and name the appointment you actually need.
Stage 05
₪7,080
Four visits, VAT included. ₪6,000 plus VAT ₪1,080. A further visit is ₪1,770 (₪1,500 plus VAT ₪270).
Optional. This is attendance while the maker is on site, not supervision in the legal sense, and not a substitute for the contractor’s own responsibility. If you do not take this stage, the drawings still stand. The maker invoices you directly. We do not mark up the build.
If the VAT rate changes, the gross fee changes with it, and we say so before the stage starts. The net amounts above are the studio’s fee; the VAT is the state’s. Payment is by bank transfer in shekels against a tax invoice. Account details are sent with the invoice. They are not printed here.
